Family Health Teams are groups of family physicians who work together with other allied health care providers to co-ordinate the highest possible quality of care for our patients.
Our team includes specialist physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, mental health workers, pharmacists, health educators, a dietitian and other health care professionals — all collaborating so your family doctor has every resource needed to look after you.
“We aim to provide high quality, timely healthcare to our patients.”

From your first well-baby check to chronic-disease management and seniors' care — our team delivers continuous, coordinated medicine for adults and children alike.
